2011 TRAINING SCHEDULES
Training schedules are divided into two parts. Part "A" is the "Build Up" Phase for those who are starting from scratch or need to build up to the distance of the first long training. Part "B" is the "Official" schedule that participants should use to get them to the finish line in March.

PLEASE NOTE: Only entry level schedules are posted on the website. Individual interested in an intermediate and advanced schedules should be a registered participant of the training program and should contact coaches for those schedules.
