Training schedules are in two parts. Part A is the "Build-Up" schedule for those athletes who are starting from "scratch" or need to build up to the distance of the first long training. Part B is the official "Schedule." The schedule what athletes will use to get them to the finish line.

Free informational meetings are held monthly to assist individuals with their training for the upcoming race. Training meetings are in Little Rock (unless specified otherwise) at:
