Online registration will close at 11:59 PM CST February 26, 2010. If space is available, registration will resume at the expo on March 5 & 6.

On-line registrants will receive an auto-generated email confirmation stating their entry was received. Keep this email confirmation as it has vital information needed to obtain the registrant's race packet on race weekend.

Mail-in entries MUST be POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN February 26, 2010. If space is available, entries received postmarked after February 26th will be held until the Expo and processed at weekend rates.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR MARATHON PARTICIPANTS
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette will offer a $10 off the entry fee of the FULL marathon. This offer does not apply to any other race.

• Discount offer valid November 2, 2009 to February 26, 2010 ONLY.
• Subscriptions must be valid through March 7, 2010.

• Discount not valid race weekend.

PACKET PICK UP
Race packets will be available at during the Little Rock Marathon Health & Fitness Expo. At packet pickup you will receive your official race number, timing chip, official race shirt, and the all-important final instructions for race day.

• Packets will not be mailed.
• Late packet pick up is offered until 8 p.m. for out-of-town participants.
• Registration ends at 6 p.m. on Saturday – not 8 p.m.
• Expo ends at 6 p.m. on Saturday – not 8 p.m.
  

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDERS 

• WALKERS: If you register as a walker, you MUST walk the entire course. If you run ANY part of the race, DO NOT register as a walker, you MUST register as a runner. You will be disqualified if you run any part of the race and you will NOT be issued an official time. 
• Marathon entrants must be 16 years of age or older on race day, March 7, 2010 to participate in the marathon.
• Half marathon entrants must be 12 years of age or older on race day, March 7, 2010 to participate in the half marathon. 
• Little Rockers entrants must be between 7-12 years of age on race day, March 6, 2010 to participate in the kid's marathon. 
• All entrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign their entry form to participate. 
• An official race number is required to participate in all races. NO BANDITS!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Entry fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. If you cannot participate, we will be happy to mail your participant T-shirt after the race. To receive your shirt, please submit a written request PRIOR to race weekend (include your name, street address, and phone number) to Little Rock Marathon, 500 W. Markham, Room 108, Little Rock, AR 72201.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
If you wish to change your registration you may do so with the following restrictions: 

• There are NO refunds on fees. 
• To change from a longer event to a shorter event, you must submit a Change Form (scroll down the page for the) via fax or emailed pdf.
• To change from a shorter event to a longer event, you must submit a Change Form via fax or emailed pdf. Credit card information must be submitted to fund the difference in fees. 
• Change requests will NOT be processed until the Change Form is received with your signature and any applicable fees. 
• Change Forms may be faxed to 501-371-6832 or email a pdf to . There will be no refund in the difference in fees. 
• Changes requested through 11:59 CST February 1, 2010 will not incur an administrative fee. 
• Changes requested after 11:59 CST February 1, 2010 will incur a $20 administrative fee, plus any increase in race fees. 
• Race changes requested after 11:59 CST February 26, 2010 will be processed at race weekend rates (if space available). 
• To correct personal data please submit the change form as quickly as possible. Corrections of personal data are made free of charge.
