On-line registrants will receive an auto-generated email confirming their entry was received. This email has specific information about packet pick up and other details needed to claim the race packet.

Online registration will close at 11:59 PM CST March 2, 2009. If space is available, registration will resume at the Little Rock Marathon Health & Fitness Expo, presented by Arvest Bank, on March 13 & 14.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette is offering a $10 off the entry fee of the FULL marathon. This offer does not apply to any other race. Subscriptions must be valid through March 15, 2009. One discount offer per household. Discount not valid race weekend. Discounts will be verified before entry is accepted and certified. Please provide your primary phone for verification purposes.

PACKET PICK UP

Race packets will be available at during the Little Rock Marathon Health & Fitness Expo, presented by Arvest Bank. At packet pickup you will receive your official race number, timing chip, official race shirt, and the all-important final instructions for race day.

Packets will not be mailed.

Late packet pick up is offered until 8 p.m. for out-of-town participants.

Registration ends at 6 p.m. on Saturday – not 8 p.m.

Expo ends at 6 p.m. on Saturday – not 8 p.m.

IF PRE arranged (by email and confirmed by staff) race day
packet pick up will be in athletes village at the Amphitheatre stage from 5:30 to 7 a.m. for out-of-town participants only.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDERS

WALKERS: If you register as a walker, you MUST walk the entire course. If you run ANY part of the race, DO NOT register as a walker, you MUST register as a runner. You will be disqualified if you run any part of the race and you will NOT be issued an official time.

Full marathon entrants must be 16 years of age or older on race day, March 15, 2009 to participate in the full marathon.

Half marathon entrants must be 14 years of age or older on race day, March 15, 2009 to participate in the half marathon.

Little Rockers entrants must be between 7-12 years of age on race day, March 14, 2009 to participate in the kid's marathon.

All entrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign their entry form to participate.

An official race number is required to participate in all races. NO BANDITS!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Entry fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. If you cannot participate, we will be happy to mail your participant T-shirt. To do so, please submit a written request prior to race weekend (include your name, street address, phone number and T-shirt size) to Little Rock Marathon, 500 W. Markham, Room 108, Little Rock, AR 72201. Shirts will be shipped two to three weeks after the race.

REGISTRATION CHANGES

If you wish to change your registration you may do so with the following restrictions:

To change from a longer event to a shorter event, you must submit a change form (see form below) via fax or a pdf. No changes will be processed until the form is received with your signature.

Changes made through February 1, 2009 will be made free of charge.

Changes made on or after February 2, 2009 will be assessed a $20 adminstrative fee, plus any increase in race fees.

Race changes submitted after March 2, 2009 will be processed at race weekend rates (if space available)

To correct personal data please submit the change form as quickly as possible. Corrections of personal data are made free of charge.
